Trevor Dykstra, AIA received his BS in Environmental Design (2004) and Masters of Architecture (2005) from Montana State University and joined Lane Williams Architects in 2006.


Trevor runs the day to day operations of the firm and draws from his wide-ranging experience across the building industry from the real estate world to the saw mill to the construction site where he worked as a journeyman carpenter and a steel fabricator. With an early background in the fine arts he’s passionate about the connection between art & architecture; in 2014 he co-founded the all volunteer art/design collective the Seattle Design Nerds which has constructed a wide variety of temporary inflatable pavilions and interactive installations across the United States. He initiated and continues to lead the Seattle Design Festival’s outdoor programming efforts while also acting as a photographer for many other organizations.
