Jamie Yingwei Chiang

Architect

Jamie Chiang, licensed architect, originally from Taiwan, received her Master of Architecture from The University of Pennsylvania (2013) and Master of Science in Chemical Engineering (2006). She also obtained an AAS degree in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design (2010).

Before moving to Seattle and joining Lane Williams Architects in 2018, she spent 5 years in New York City working for an award-winning design firm focused on commercial hospitality projects such as high-end hotels, gallery buildings and entertainment venues. Her combined background in architecture and interior design allows her to craft elegant designs in different scales with hospitality experience. She is fluent in both Mandarin and English, bringing a unique cultural perspective to any discussion. She loves traveling, eating good food and enjoying new experiences.

Sandpoint

This new home nestles amongst the trees of a watershed to take advantage of smaller moments of privacy in an otherwise urban environment. Mid-century lines divide airy interior volumes anchored by a concrete garage.

Fairwinds

Set an a hilltop overlooking Carmel and Monterey, this home is comprised of five independent structures. The main house includes living room, dining room, and kitchen, plus a media and game room. Two sets of guest quarters and the primary bedroom suite, plus the garage with more guest rooms above, surround a large outdoor courtyard.
