NEW HOME

Vuecrest

Bellevue, Washington is home to the Vuecrest neighborhood, with a large collection of modern architect-designed residences.  Strict covenants encourage familiar mid-century modern and Northwest Contemporary styles, with hipped or gabled rooflines required.  Our modern architect design turned the usual gable design 90 degrees, to create high volumes in the main living area and a dramatic face to the street.  Durable exterior materials of concrete, brick, steel and cedar repeat in the interior.

Sandpoint

This new home nestles amongst the trees of a watershed to take advantage of smaller moments of privacy in an otherwise urban environment. Mid-century lines divide airy interior volumes anchored by a concrete garage.

Medina

This cubist-inspired, mid-century modern home was originally constructed in 1970, designed by noted Seattle architect Ibsen Nelson.  An angular wing added in the 80's. Our design restores the original architect’s geometry, but re-invents the plan.

Yarrow Point II

This spacious family home provides ample space within a confining site.  Primary materials include rugged fiber-cement siding, concrete, and galvanized steel, contrasting with refined Western Red Cedar and polished interior surfaces
